Criminal Pages Data Opt-Out Policy
We will provide you the courtesy of opting out of having your information appear in the Data that is part of a search result if any of the following apply: (1)you are a law enforcement official or public official at the local, state or federal level and your position causes your well being or life to be in danger, (2)you have been a victim of identity theft, (3)you are at risk of bodily harm, or (4)you can prove the information is incorrect or has been expunged.
In order to fulfill an opt-out request, you need to submit the following:
  • An explanation of why you are submitting the opt-out request, in writing. You must specify in this request:
    • exactly where Your Data is found on our Website
    • where Your Data is found in public databases
    • identify which of the validated conditions you meet listed above to allow you to opt-out
    • explain why this Data that is publicly available is also not accurate or harmful to you
    NOTE: You may only submit ONE data opt-out request per individual.
  • Authentication that the request is being sent by the person to whom the information belongs. This can be done by including a copy of a driver’s license or government-issued identification card.
  • All of the following information:
    • Full name
    • Date of birth
    • Aliases
    • Current address
    • Previous addresses
    • Phone number
    • Email address
    • Signature
  • Complete details of the records you are requesting to be removed from our database
    NOTE: If you are requesting removal of your address information, we will only do so with your current and two previous records.
  • A printed copy of the records you wish to be removed
  • Copies of any applicable court orders

However, we cannot guarantee that any record which is considered public, such as a court record, will be withheld from viewing. In addition, most information which is requested to be removed remains so permanently, but there is no guarantee that it will never become available again from our site or other sources.
