Offenders Watch is the registered Sex Offender management and community notification tool for the Corrections Department for the State of Utah. This comprises of hundreds of agencies in all the counties of the State of Utah. Utah’s law enforcement utilizes the tool Offender Watch to manage and monitor the whereabouts, conduct and conformity status of the registered sex offenders in Utah. Utah Sex Offender Registry can notify the victim for probation or parole hearings, on request from the victim. The registry can provide information regarding the offender’s supervision requirements. Utah sex offender’s registry also provides information about the criminal justice procedure. The offender is required to provide information as described by Utah’s Correctional Department. The registration done at the sheriff offices will be the responsibility of the sheriff, to submit the registration documents within five business days.
