PLEASE NOTE: CriminalPages.com™ is not a consumer reporting agency as defined under the Fair Credit reporting Act (“FCRA”), and the information in our databases has not been collected in whole or in part for the purpose of furnishing consumer reports, as defined in the FCRA. You may not use the Website or Data to : (a)establish an individual’s eligibility for personal credit or insurance; (b)assess risks associated with existing consumer credit obligations; or (c)evaluate an individual for employment, promotion, promotion, reassignment or retention (including employment of household workers such as nannies, housekeepers, or contractors) or in conjunction with assessing the merits of entering into any other personal business transaction with another individual (“Unauthorized Purposes”).

You also agree not to create other works based on CriminalPages.com™, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, redistribute or exploit CriminalPages.com™ in any way that is not authorized. This can include, but is not limited to, trespassing upon or burdening network capacity. Any proprietary notices which are downloaded or printed from the Website shall also not be deleted or altered in any way.
Any brand or product name contained in the Website is trademarked by its respective owner. You may not use any marks or logos seen throughout CriminalPages.com™ without express permission given by the owner of said trademark, unless permitted by applicable laws.

Data accessed via the Website is maintained by third parties, and we do not create, verify or guarantee the Data’s accuracy or sufficiency, completeness or appropriateness. CriminalPages.com™ is not necessarily affiliated with, endorsed by or compensated by these parties.

Limitation of Liability
Should any dispute with CriminalPages.com™ arise, your exclusive remedy and our liability is to discontinue your use and/or privileges of the Website. We and our vendors will not be held liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damage resulting from your use of the Website, as well as for any claim arising from and related to your use of the Website. We would like your information and preferences to be accurate, complete and up to date. If you need to correct, modify or update your information and/or preferences previously provided to us, you may download this form and fax it to us.

Indemnification
You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, the following: CriminalPages.com™, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, licensors and subsidiaries. This indemnification agreement applies to any and all damages including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from such claims of a third party as a result of (a)your violation of this Agreement during the use of the Website or Data; (b)using the Website or Data for unlawful/unauthorized purposes; and/or (c)your violation of any law, rights of a third party or breach of this Agreement.

Termination
At all times we reserve the right to restrict or terminate your account and/or your ability to access the Website, without limitation, for any reason or no reason whatsoever. This may include termination because we consider your use of the Data and Website to be unacceptable or to be in violation of this Agreement. In addition, we are under no obligation to provide you with a warning prior to this termination or restriction. Should a third party cause your account or access to be terminated or restricted, we will not be held liable to you or the third party. Furthermore, we reserve the right to terminate any website or specific content of any website without notice or liability.

Use of Ideas Submitted

You also agree that we have no obligation to compensate you for the Ideas, regardless of whether we use them for commercial purposes. You agree to receive electronic communications from us, in accordance with our Privacy Policy, by using the Website. Any communication sent to you electronically shall be considered sufficient for any legal communication requirements, and will be considered a written communication.

Arbitration
Any dispute arising from the use of and/or concerning this Agreement, the Website and Data, shall be resolved via arbitration in Boston, Massachusetts, in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The Arbitrator(s) shall pass judgment, which may be entered in any court which has jurisdiction of such matters. Agreeing to this binding arbitration waivers your right to a trial by jury, and you further acknowledge that this arbitration agreement is voluntary and not legally required. Should any arbitration or legal claim arise from either party concerning our fees or other costs, the prevailing party is also entitled to collection of reasonable attorneys’ fees, in addition to any other monetary relief which may be rewarded.
If any court of authority finds any part of this Agreement to be invalid, the validity of remaining provisions in the Agreement shall not be affected and remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any provision in this Agreement shall also be a continuing waiver of such or any other provisions.

General
All Data, materials, features, products and services offered by the Website may be added to, changed or withdrawn without advance notice.
Neither we nor the Website is affiliated with the U.S. Government or any government agency at the federal or state level.
